| StrongDC++ - Клиент P2P-сетей типа Direct Connect (широко развито в локальных сетях). От классического клиента DC++ данная программа отличается налесом дополнительных функций. Основное различие — это мультисегментный подход к закачке файлов: если уникальный клиент скачивает файл целиком, то StrongDC качает кусочками сразу у нескольких владельцев файла, что может увеличить скорость закачки. Эта P2P сеть работает по принципу расшаривания ресурсов для всеобщего доступа.
